A transgender woman, who is known as Ronald Spears, is suing Khloe Kardashian for assault. Spears claims she was attacked outside the Playhouse Nightclub in Hollywood back in December of 2009.

Spears says she had approached Khloe and her hubby Lamar Odom and stated that Khloe was too young to get married and that’s when Khloe pushed and hit her, at the time no charges were filed. Spears is seeking an unspecified amount in damages saying the attack was unprovoked.

I can see Khloe having words with the woman, but not attacking her. The drama involving the Kardashian family never ends!

Brooke Mueller was arrested in Aspen last night on charges of possession of cocaine and 3rd degree assault. She was released from jail early this morning and we are now waiting on a statement from authorities in Aspen.

If I were her I’d stay far far away from Aspen, back in 2009 she got into an altercation with ex Charlie Sheen which resulted in her calling the police, him being arrested, and then finally the end of their marriage.

We’ll update more on this situation as soon as we get that statement from the authorities in Aspen.

All in one day Mindy McCready was reported missing along with her five year old son, Zander, came forward to say she was not missing and didn’t kidnap her son, then more reports surfaced saying she was pregnant with twins. Sounds like a plot right off the Jerry Springer Show.

“I am working with lawyers to try to get all this straightened out,” she told Access Hollywood on Wednesday. “I did not steal my child, as it would be impossible for me to kidnap what already belongs to me! There never was any missing persons report and never an Amber Alert.”

“I’m a mom first,” said McCready also stated. “No matter what happens, I’m going to protect my kid. If I have to go to jail, so be it.”

McCready says her mother, who has custody of the child, abused him. And all though she says no missing persons report was filed according to the Florida Department of Children and Families says there was.

McCready also says the father of her twins, which she is about five to seven months pregnant with, is a music producer named David. I don’t have a clue as to why anyone would want to have children with this crazy lady, I hope someone steps in and gets these babies and her son into a good stable home.

Courtney Love says she wants to help Lindsay Lohan get sober and has become her sobriety coach.

‘I’ve taken up Lohan because nobody else will. She’s further down the line than I was, because there was no TMZ then.’ Love told Details magazine.

She also adds that she’s helped her in the past:

‘I went up to Lindsay’s room one time and there was a show on called ‘101 Celebrity Oops’ and I am like every other one, you know — boobs out, legs everywhere, throwing sh*t at Madonna, you know whatever, ‘ she said, ‘I’m like ‘LIndsay, look! Drugs are bad!’

You know your a lost cause when nobody but Love steps in and offers to help you get sober. Speaking of Love, she performed topless onstage at the Sao Paulo music and arts festival in Brazil earlier this month, that should be encouraging to Lohan.

Kourtney Kardashian has revealed she’s expecting her second child with boyfriend Scott Disick. She was really excited to announce her baby news saying she’s 9 weeks along:

“I’m nine weeks along,” the fashion designer and reality TV star confirmed today in a statement to E! News and in an Us Weekly cover story. “You’re supposed to wait 12 weeks to tell people, but I feel confident.”

Kourtney and Scott have been together for five years and share a son, Mason. I’m so happy for them and hope this brings them even closer together, so for they have said they are in no rush to tie the knot.

Congrats to the Kardashian family on the soon to be new addition to the family.

Unlike in the past when he’s talked smack about Madonna, now Guy Ritchie is talking all nice like about his marriage to Madonna. Here’s what he told Details magazine:

“I enjoyed my first marriage. It’s definitely not something I regret. The experience was ultimately very positive,” Ritchie, 43, tells the December/January issue of Details. “I love the kids that came out of it, and I could see no other route to take.”

“But you move on, don’t you?” the Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows director adds. “You’re right, I stepped into a soap opera, and I lived in it for quite a long period of my life. I’ll probably be more eloquent on it 10 years from now.”

It’s good to see someone in Hollywood can put their big boy pants on and become the bigger person. I’m glad to see these two are no longer throwing fighting words at each other.

Melissa McCarthy told Anderson Cooper on his show Monday that she really doesn’t worry about her weight.

“There’s so many other things to worry about,” the 41-year-old Emmy winner told Anderson Cooper on his eponymous talk show Monday. “I still worry about it, but I think, my kids are healthy, I’ve got a great husband, and I go to work every day and do what I want.” 

“I’ll keep working on [my body],” the Mike and Molly star added. “I just can’t put any time to worrying about it.

Good for her, she looks just fine the way she is. And to me she’s the female Chris Farley, looooove her!
